Rules for Insurance Center Associates Free Dodger Jersey

Insurance Center Associates will provide one (1) complimentary Dodgers replica jersey (blank) for each policy purchased, subject to the following rules and restrictions:

1. Eligibility: Offer valid for licensed California drivers twenty-one (21) years of age and older.
2. Requires the purchase of a new Auto, Homeowners, Condo, Commercial, or other policy of $600 or more in annual premium.
   1. Offer valid for new policies only.
   2. Policy must be issued and paid in full, mortgagee billed, or on monthly EFT.
3. Transaction must be completed by 11:59 p.m. PT on July 31, 2012.
4. One (1) blank, non-customized replica jersey per policy purchased. Limit of (3) policies / jerseys purchased.
5. Offer not available to customers who renew existing policies or in connection with policies that expired within the past twelve (12) months.
